Will i loose my downloaded songs if i delete limewire?
Hi, does anyone know if i delete my limewire, will i loose all of my downloaded songs? is there any way to delete the software but keep the songs that i downloaded?
I have not deleted it yet but if i copy the folder called "saved" from my limewire folder into my documents folder will that save me from those dreaded exclamation points next to my songs in itunes?
Thanks for any answers

Your songs are probably in your iTunes library. Right click a song and see where it shows it. If it's in Music > iTunes, then you're fine.
If not, they may be in another folder. Either way, you should be safe to delete LimeWire from you apps folder.

Those songs are copywritten. We will NOT be helping you further. Please review the forum rules.

Uninstalling the Limewire software will not delete anything you've downloaded using it.

if you move it to My Music then you will still have them, but you will have to delete all the files from iTunes and then re-import the files. That is if your using a windows. idk about macs becasue I dont have one yet :(:o
Dreaded exclamation points? ahh! nooo!!
