3 orange dots by speaker?

I have never noticed them before until just now they can only be seen if u tilt the phone to the sun, what are they? Sensors for something?

Yes.

Light and proximity sensors. For the auto-brightness feature, and to turn off the screen when you hold it up to your face while on a call.
