HELP! Push notification not working with mail (exchange)

I have Push set for 'On', Fetch for '15 Minutes' and Push set for 'On' under the mail account in Advanced yet i get no notification when an email comes in.

I have the same problem, and it's driving me crazy. I would appreciate some help.

I'm also getting no new mail notifications, but for my IMAP Gmail account. No response from my query on the Apple support site forum and it's also driving me crazy.
