So... Can we get this app without calling Apple? Would be cool to compare to other users.

It actually appears to not be an app at all. It's a special provisioning profile that gives you access to the log via the settings app.

I went in with complaints about my phone not working and dropping out etc. They were able to run a program on the phone that told them all about my usage, drop calls, error connections etc.. prognosis - Optus sux balls.:D

Doesn't Australia have like, 5 different providers that carry the iPhone? Thought I read that last week ;) lucky fellows. Couldn't you just switch to another one if you really had bad luck with Optus?
