Is it possible to retrieve images from camera roll in to application?

UIImagePickerController. If the user selects an image from the camera roll then you have access to it...

I saw the

-(void)imagePickerController:(UIImagePickerController *)picker 
	   didFinishPickingImage:(UIImage *)image
				 editingInfo:(NSDictionary *)editingInfo

from that ,

can i get the image,which the user picked?

Erm, yes as fully described in the documentation.
