Quick Slingbox question....

I just wanted to make sure of something before I bought a sling player.

You have to jailbreak in order to watch it over 3G, correct? (Using Tricker 3G)

Correct either that or voipover3g.

be warned that if u have the 3gS it has not been jailbroken yet and u wont be able to use it on 3g immediately

Why is that? Personally I think the slingbox is pointless if you have to use wifi😎

I know, tell that to AT&T that blocked it so we can only use it thru WIFI.
Even though many other apps like orb live, pandora, MLB Video and live radio, Sirius app etc.. would use just as much bandwidth but they're allowed to stream over 3G/Edge.
