iPod Nike+ calibration..?

Quick question, on an iPod Nano (current gen) using the Nike+, does anybody know how to calibrate the sensor from a run that I just performed? I know it's possible to do but I just can't seem to figure it out.
 
I am going to follow this up with another question. I got the Nike sensor yesterday and tried to calibrate using a 400 M track. I had no problems calibrating the run, but for the walk it keeps telling me that it is still uncalibrated, even though I tried it twice. Anybody else run into the same problem?
