for some reason there is no toolbar displaying when i view an email message in entourage 2008. there are no "reply, reply all, forward," etc. buttons to be found. that toolbar is available when viewing the inbox. but when i double click an email to view the toolbar is not in that window.
in entourage 2004 there was a toolbar feature under preferences. not seeing it in the 2008 edition.
any thoughts?
