Speed dial with 3.0?

Ive had SBdial for a while but i've never really liked it because I could never rename the springboard icons to the person's name. They would all just say SBdial. Anyway, I read about being able to add a speed dial to the dock by navigating safari to phonenumber.tel.qlink.net. But it looks like this has been disabled in 3.0.

Are there any free, quality speed dialers out there that work with 3.0?

Well OneTapDial from App store does that, but 3.0 has added an extra step. Where it used to auto dial in 2.2.1, now a small dialog box opens and you have to choose Dial or Cancel. This is because of 3.0 (as I have tried several different apps) not the apps fault.
