Hello,
I'm attempting to run music from my Macbook Pro (15", early 2007) to both my surround sound receiver and a Blueant M1 bluetooth loudspeaker at the same time. I want music in two rooms at once. When I set up the bluetooth speakers they are identified as headphones and work fine as such, but I want the headphone jack to still be functioning so I can connect to my receiver with a mini toslink. Can't find a way to activate two audio outs simultaneously. Been searching the forums and can't seem to find a answer to this problem. I am using os 10.5.7 and itunes 8. Any advice would be great.
oh and I'd like to avoid getting an airport express.
Thanks
