Looking for a good VOIP app

Anyone know of a good VOIP App in the appstore. I need to be able to put in the:
proxy
outbound proxy
auth name
password.
I used siphon while i was jailbroken but i since 3.0 i dont want to jail break again.

BTW siphon had a mind of its own.
