How do you use this feature? From my understanding I thought it was used to fill out forum login's and the like?
 
Was going to post the same thing. I've tried it on a few forums and website and cant get it to remember or fill anything.
 
First of all, make sure you have it turned on.

Since the update, my iPhone remembers my iTunes Connect username and password. (Thats really the only thing i ever log into on it that doesn't have it's own app).

It also helps fill out forms with my address and phone numbers.
