Incoming calls showing up as "Unknown"

Ok, so my iphone was working great, its a 2G and I decided I'd update it to the 3.0 software since the unlock is out. I did all that and now my incoming calls all show up as "Unknown"... what do I do? It was working fine before, and I still have all my contacts but the caller ID just doesn't seem to work, I'm gonna try and restore again and post my result...

Happens with my 3GS also.

Well, it happened once with my mom's work number, which always shows up.

i figured it out... it was a crazy coincidence...

i upgraded to 3.0 and at the same time i did that, my caller id subscription expired! which i didn't even know i had to subscribe for, but anyway i called the provider and they hooked it up and now everythings ok
