Honestly, and I say this as a fan of Michael Jackson, there are obvious reasons why that's a bad idea.
Not the least of which is, pop music doesn't lend itself very well to "Rock Band." You could barely rationalize having it on "Guitar Hero." As good as many of his songs were, I don't think I'd have that much fun playing any of them on fake instruments.
Now, a Michael Jackson Dance Dance Revolution would be much more fun. But I think they should wait a good long time before making one.
And if they do anything like that, I'm sure many, many people will have angry words with the game companies for hocking his wares to innocent children.

Guitar Hero and Rock Band are a bad idea, Beat It (more of a rock song than the rest of MJ's R&B/pop repertoire) in World Tour is okay but that's only because Eddie Van Halen plays a solo on the song so altogether it makes Beat It one of the few GH/RB adequate songs from MJ.
Singstar and Dance Dance Revolution would be great hits with Jackson's music and I'm sure they'll make an appearance sooner or later unless the franchises die.

"Beat It" is in Guitar Hero World Tour.
only because it has a Eddie Van Halen solo. otherwise, it wouldn't be in Guitar Hero at all.

Apparently MJ was working on a game before he died, and it's launching near the end of the year. That's all I know... :\
