Refurb 15" Ti PowerBook vs 12" 1.33ghz Powerbook

hey everyone

I am buying a new/refurb mac
which computer should i get

Refurb 15" ti 1ghz pb, 512 ram, 60gb, superdrive, gigibit ethernet, Airport etcetc- 1699

New 12" 1.33ghz pb, 256 (upgrading with crucial), 60gb, superdrive,airport extreme, etc- 1599 edu'

I know the 15" lacks airport extreme and USB 2.0. It has slower Ram and only a 1x super drive (is that a big deal?)

It seemed pretty unanimous that people were saying to get the newer 12" PowerBook as opposed to the older TiBook.
