So I had to get a new ipod touch because of a hardware issue, they swapped it with my warrenty. Anyways. I come home with the new ipod hoping to restore to a backup with all my songs. I had it restore to the last sync with the old ipod and all it did was restore to factory settings and then synced all my apps. I dont have my music.

Basically, the 1st time I connected it I had to set it up as new because I had to upgrade to 3.0 again before I could restore to that backup. Then I made it go back to factory settings and so it let me choose to set it up as new again or restore from backup, which is when I selected the old ipod. It then just went to basically facotry settings, as I said, and then synced the apps.

Any ideas?
