we've got a bug fix release in review with Apple right now and a 2.0 release coming this fall, which will include push notifications...

sucks that we have to wait to fall but hopefully the bug fix will take care of the incredible long back up procsses

Sucks that ESPN's main app is ScoreCenter. I hate the UI. I like going to ESPN's mobile site more.

The app they showed in March was legit. Why on earth is it taking them this long to release it when they were that far along 4 months ago?

Just curious, what ones? Do they have Push? I've not really found any good sports apps.

And they only had a few weeks to come up with it. Must've just been smoke and mirrors.

I've never had or experienced any issues with the old version but updated anyway and wow? It's much faster, the screens fly now.

Kind of nice to see finally.

i updated and it tells me there is a connection error. cant even use the app now, nice.

same here im trying to reinstall the app and restart ill edit with the result

update it seems to do the trick for me so delete reinstall and reboot it worked for me

i guess the servers were just down, its working again for me.

Agreed. Once Football comes around and I need to track my FFL leagues Push will become a necessity.

There are also plans for a standalone Fantasy Football app last I knew. Hopefully that has push notifications on breaking news, injuries, etc. Would be indispensable if they had that.
