I cant get this file to open. I took a screenshot of the error. What should I do?

The solution is simple.

Step 1) Toss out pirated software.
Step 2) Go to apple store and purchase said software legitimately.
Step 3) Enjoy!

My friend burned this on a CD for me. I thought that was OK, I could either do that, or pay 100 bucks for it.

Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
