Ok so I've been using Linotype FontExplorer X with InDesign CS3 (CS4 at home) for a while now.
If I opened a document that didn't have the fonts open, FontExplorer would ask me and open them without hassle. I wouldn't have to go routing around the library and turn them on/off.
I was on holiday last week and my mac got wiped, luckily someone did return most of it to the way I liked it but now… FontExplorer doesn't automatically turn on fonts that are off in the document when opened in InDesign.
I've looked around both programmes and am not sure how to make these talk to each other, does anyone know how to do this?
