Parallels using 100% CPU on MacBook Pro

I have a MacBook Pro and have Parallels running so that I can work in Outlook 2007, etc. because I am the sole Mac in a small company using PC's, including PC server. Everything has been fine, but the other week after reconnecting to network, Parallels and especially Outlook have been running slow. Checking Task Manager, I see that Parallels is using 100% CPU. This was never a problem before and I can't seem to find anything to help me solve this.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
