Purchase game after d/l from installous

If i purchase a game after previously downloading from installous, will it save all of my previous game info (high scores, etc..) from the installous download and transfer to the purchased game or will i have to start from scratch?

You gotta delete the one you got from instalous and download it from itunes and start clean.
