Looking for a SPECIFIC iPhone 3GS car mount ... suggestions?

I'm looking for an iPhone 3GS car mount / holder that meets these requirements:

1) plug into the cigarette charger
2) dock connector to allow charging through the cigarette charger

small 3) maybe even a built-in FM transmitter?


suggestions would be great!

Just got this one... does everything you want, even plays your phonecalls through your car speakers. Haven't recieved it yet, but the reviews are good.
