Another eBay problem

On Friday, I impulsively bought sunglasses on eBay. They seller looks legit, plenty of photos in the listing. He has 19 feedbacks, 100%. I bought them using buy it now, and then paid via PayPal using my debit card (as a MasterCard.) The payment details thing has a few things that make me worry. Next to his email it says "(The recipient of this payment is Unregistered)" The payment status still hasn't changed from "Unclaimed." I eBay messaged him and emailed him and still haven't gotten a reply. Should I be worried? If he never claims the money do I get a refund after a while or something?

I called eBay customer service and they told me to just cancel the transaction. Problem solved!
