How do I put all my iPhone camera pictures into the Camera Roll through SSH? I dont want to restore from my iTunes back up. Please let me know step by step. Thanks!

What do you mean by putting iPhone camera pics in Camera roll? :confused:
The Pictures you take from iPhone Camera are stored in Camera Roll by default

The OP wants to restore his phone but NOT restore from backup.

He wants to know if theres a way (using SSH) to put pictures that were in his camera roll from before the restore back in the camera roll after the restore.

I am also interested in this.

1. Restore from backup even though you don't want to.
2. Sync photos to computer.
3. Restore phone, set up as new phone.
4. Sync photos into photo library.

Done.

Copy them to /var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE/ on the phone

I have done that but did not see the pictures immediately. Do I have to restart the phone to see the pictures?

Sorry, I think I told you wrong. I could have sworn I did this months ago because I had a ton of non iphone photos I put on there somehow, but now that I try it, they're showing up as all black in the camera roll.
