Hard Shell Leather Case

I'm looking for a hard shell leather case. I'm aware of the Griffin Elan, but multiple reviews previously stated that is scratched up the iPhone.

Does anyone know if the Elan Form Ltd. Edition listed on Griffin's site as "New" a redesigned case? Any other options for a similar case?
