FTP server

I have a Mac Mini and an iMac - I have the Mini set up to receive and send FTP transfers via Cyberduck. When I access the Mini from elsewhere using FTP, I can see past the IN directory and access anything on the whole hard drive. How can I set Cyberduck up so that I can ONLY see the directories directly related to Cyberduck (FTP IN and FTP OUT)?
