Final cut transitions plugins : free, downloadable, and how to install ?

Please offer as much advice as possible about transitions for final cut. Preferably free and downloadable ones. Also i found a few but i dont know how to install them. Am i supposed to put them in a particular system folder or something .... anyway all help is appreciated.

Plug-ins go in Macintosh HD > Library > Applications Support > Final Cut Pro System Support > Plugins folder

theres a lot to look through, could you recommend any any free transition plugins that i can dwnload right of the bat (if there are any).

Anyone know where i can find either some FCE free plugin's or are there any additional ones for iMovie '09? Just doing as a hobby to create basic home video's

For FCP, Too Much Too Soon and Luca's Transitions are free and pretty cool. They are listed in the link I posted.
