Transferring apps from iPod touch to iPhone

Hi.

I currently have an iPod touch filled with apps. But today I will be receiving my 32gb iPhone 3GS. Is there any way I can transfer the apps on my iPod to my iPhone WITHOUT losing all my saved games etc?
