My iphone 3g doesn't receive incoming calls sometimes after unlocking

I followed iclarified.com and unlocked my iphone 3g today using PwnageTool 3.0 and UltrasnOw. I just realized that the iphone sometimes doesn't receive incoming calls after the unlocking and the sensitivity of the screen is not as smooth as before . I tried to turn it off and then turn it back on, the problem still exists. So what should I do for it? Thx for the help!!!

I did the exact same thing and after like two weeks or a little more i stopped recieveing some incoming calls.
I then took the sim out and restarted the phone and tried. Now it wouldn't recieve any calls at all. I am able to make calls though.
Can i reset the phone back to normal settings?
