How many folds does a Mac do in one day? Just a single Mac 1 GHz iBook preferably, but put the specs and how many in one day. I don't want linked up Macs I just wanna know just one single one.

My 1.25 GHz iMac averages around 0.4 proteins per day (I've gotten as many as 2 per day done, and that's only because I got two smallish ones in a row) since I've been getting quite a few large proteins that take several days to fold. Your mileage will depend on what you get assigned - that's why mine varies. You probably won't get as high as I do with a 1.0 GHz iBook (my iMac is 1.25 GHz).
