Bootcamp on VMWare

My MBP seems to be stuck on

"VMware Fusion is preparing your Boot Camp partition to run as a virtual machine. This may take a few minutes. This will only happen once."

The bars are still moving and it doesn't appear to have crashed but it's been running for over 2 hours.. is this normal or should I restart it?

I'll try restarting it.
