I haven't made a "spam thread" in a while (last one was "how do you tie your shoes?"), so here comes a new one :)

What is your favourite junk food?

My current favourite would have to be "Wonka Wicked Choc Mud Sludge" :D

Its a simple question, but I can't really answer it because of how much junk I love!

I'll have to pick this one because I ate some 15 minutes ago and am still craving more......Chocolate Ice Cream. :)

A good peanut butter and jam sandwich, where the peanut butter is Jif, and the bread is wide, soft whole wheat and the jam is homemade strawberry—they're so perky. I love that. :p

I did a christmas tree in pez dispensers once. I took a doll's head and a block of shaped/painted styrofoam and put it on top in place of an angel so the whole tree was rather pez-ish

Well, my favorite flavor is fried (to quote Sara Moulton of FoodTV fame) but as far as junk food goes probably deep fried Snickers bars would top that list. Or deep fried ice cream. For those times when a cork for your arteries just isn't enough. :D

Chunky Chips Ahoy

So bad.. yet so good.

Those things smell better than they taste. I used to sit at the stop light on Roosevelt Blvd. in northeast Philly in front of the Nabisco building and I would be overwhelmed with the smell of 2,000,000 Chips Ahoy or Lorna Doone or some other cookies they were making that day. I think Nabisco paid for that stop light. :D

there's the brand of instant ramen (Tung-I chinese onion flavor) i like to get, crush, and eat it with a sprinkling of the flavor powder... so bad, yet so good.

Deep fried snickers are bomb too. Another thing is getting 2 chewy chips ahoy, putting a scoop of ice cream in the middle, smash it, and then cover it in pancake batter, deep fry that...

On those nights when I just want to say F--- it, I'll go with a Hostess pie (specifically blueberry). The faux glaze... the old school wax wrapper... truly a feastman's feast.

Note: Cadbury eggs can also be deadly around Easter

puahah GREAT TOPIC.

Anyway, for me (in terms of ice cream, which I'm having right now cuz its the summer), its Mud Pie (Starbucks icecream). There's really no contest. I mean, i used to be a Mint/Choc or Cookies & Cream fan, but Mud Pie completely demolishes them :p

Yep, I have one of those too--- Chicken Flavoured Instant Noodle from a company called Blue Dragon. They may be Swedish (not sure), and I've only had them in London. I never add too much hot water. I boil the noodles so that they're cooked just soft enough to eat. I like my noodles "al dente". ;) Then I add the two flavour pouches they give me, and a bit of hot water in order to dissolve the powder, and just stir. Its like a piece of heaven in my mouth. :D

I would say Ramen Noodles, but pairing the words 'junk' and 'Ramen' together seems blasphemous to me ;) .

Wendy's started out with square hamburgers, a frozen chocolate dessert called Frosty, and a girl with pigtails. Now, it's the #3 fast food burger chain with much more than burgers. http://www.wendys.com/

Mmmm. I like a cheese, mayo, and peanut butter sandwich on wheat myself. The only sandwich my grandfather would eat was onion, mayo, and peanut butter.

Good stuff. Mayonnaise is our friend. One of my favorite parts of "The Whole Nine Yards" was where the Americans are always complaining about the liberal use of mayonnaise in Quebec. I think I'm going to have to move there. You'll hear no complaints from this American.

Oatmeal raisin is good too. That is my second favorite (a close second) cookie after chocolate chip.

I found an ice cream machine that was sitting in my room, so I am going to try to make some strawberry sorbet. I will let you guys know how it comes out. I think I will need to warm up though, beause I can't enjoy my sorbet when it is 50 degrees and raining out!

And for the record I only had half of a digiorno... :D

I had 3 servnigs (the whole box) and each serving had 780mg of sodium. Add that all up and I had 99% of my daily value of sodium just from the rice. ;)

Don't worry, I will make up for the apple and healthy pop-tart later with some cookies. :D

That is simply awful and the poetry wasn't that great either. <ducks> I can barely handle mayonaisse or its derivatives in potato salad, even then, with a lot of other ingredients. It doesn't course through your veins, it just hangs on and clogs things up.

I'd definitely rather have a seafood cocktail sauce with lots of horseradish to kick it up, rather than clog it up. ;)

I suppose that you weren't around when Ohio allowed 18 year olds to drink 3.2 percent beer? That had to be the worst drink of any kind.
