Where is the download for the jailbreak for the 3GS?

I cant find the download for a pc. Help.

This is all i get... INFO: welcome to purplera1n for windows

With all due respect, are you sure you wish to attempt this?

After all, you don't seem to be able to even find the software, links nor understand how this works.

Is PurpleRa1n only for Windows?
I can find the Windows icon on their website, but I can't run a executable file on OS-X.
 
Okay, so I ran Purplera1n on a Windows machine, got Freeze, but when it says Installing Cydia... and then it says Finished!.

Yet, there is no Cydia anywhere on my phone (Even using Spotlight)
And the bar stays at about 80%. It doesn't finish. Ever.

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot that you have to respring your springboard every time :/.
