i just spent an hour on the phone with applecare. we came to the conclusion that Sidetrack was causing me to crash.
Story:
I put my Powerbook to sleep I wake up to find out my computer has locked up. we went though the motions, we eventually found out there was a sidetrack extension that was messing me up. Has anyone seen this?
upgraded to .8 and 10.3.4
i find it i rely on this program so much
ugh... Sidetrack is a crutch for so many people.
This might explain your problem from the Sidetrack site
NOTE: SideTrack is presently a public beta. As a beta release SideTrack may contain bugs and could potentially cause a kernel panic. Please exercise appropriate caution when testing SideTrack and be sure to read the FAQ for information on how to disable SideTrack if it causes problems.

Yes I had the same experience. I started a thread nearly identical to this one here:

Sorry you had trouble with SideTrack (I'm the author).
Do you also have ThermoGraphX installed?
I've recently been informed of a conflict with ThermoGraphX that causes a wake from sleep lockup (its actually ThermoGraphX crashing, not SideTrack, but the effect is the same). The developer of ThermoGraphX is looking into the issue, but thus far hasn't provided a resolution.
If you're not using ThermoGraphX could you contact me at basilisk at foobox.net with details about your system and software you're running? Unless folks report these issues I can't fix them.
Thanks,
Alex
