Can anybody recommend a USB hub that can charge things without the computer plugged in?

This website explains what I mean.. (http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-9788412-1.html)

Does this one support it?
Belkin : USB 2.0 Plus Hub (7 Port) (http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=357387)

Because my current Belkin (below) doesnt...

Get one of those AC powered USB hubs.
I have a TARDIS one and it charges when it's not conencted to the computer, it draws power from the AC like said above

It looks pretty self explanatory. I will say just because it plugs into the wall does not mean it charges.
