Considering switching my trial to a full Family Pack MM?

I've been using Mobile Me for a little while and I think that I'd like to transfer it to a full membership. My wife and I both have iPhones [mine 3G, hers 1G or whatever].

Where is the best place to buy this [cheapest] and is there a 2 party Mobile Me pack, because it will be just her and I on the account. It would be nice if I could just buy the activation online and receive the key thru email or something as I don't actually need the software. I've read about people selling their remaining family packs thru ebay but I don't want to have someone else in control of my account.

To clarify, there are only two types:

Individual [$99/yr]
Family Pack (5 users) [$149/yr]

I would stay away from eBay when buying a MobileMe package. The safest way to go while saving money is to buy it through Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=mobileme&x=0&y=0). The Family Pack is only $119.99.

Note: If you decide you want to share a calendar and have it editable by both parties the only way to do so is to share an individual account. My wife and I do this because our schedules have become so complicated. She adds when she works and her plans and I do the same. Sure it's an expensive way to have a family calendar but hey, it works exactly as intended unlike a lot of the other crappy workarounds.

Edit: I just found out that iPhone OS 3.0 supports CalDAV for Google (http://www.atnan.com/2009/6/19/configuring-multiple-caldav-google-calendars-on-iphone-os-3-0) properly so you can sync all of your calendars and not just the primary one. If I can get this to work on both of our Macs and iPhones I'll drop MobileMe.

i paid $60 for a family pack activation code on eBay and im doing great so far. im totally going to renew it in the end of the year buying another activation code on eBay.

$150 or even $130 is way too expensive. no mention for the $99 single pack.
