Macbook Alu noise?

Hi, I have the macbook Aluminium unibody. There seems to be a high pitch noise on the top left of the keyboard. The noise will go away when I lower down the brightness. Do you know the cause of the noise? Should I be worried? Thanks

There are already a couple threads about this (one from me, one in Pro forum) and the general consensus is that this is caused by the MagSafe port, there is no real fix, and apple wont do anything. Sorry. It gets really annoying in a silent room.
