Question about Time Machine [Archive]

Hey guys, i have another question for the Mac Rumors community. With the Time Capsule, when it does updates with Time Machine, will it also back up your hard drive partitions for other OS's like Windows, Linux etc. and all of the programs, media and other crap you have for those partitions. Thanks lol.:):)

Yes, it will back up all internal drives. There is no Time Machine UI for Windows though, so you will have to boot into OS X to restore something.

Also, files will only back up when OS X is the active OS.

Wrong. TM ignores Windows partitions.
