View Full Version : Authorizing my Computer

I am having problems with the music I bought at the App Store. I am trying to authorized my computer (PC) but somehow each time I do even though I get a message that says the computer has been authorized I cannot play any song, as each time I am asked to authorize the PC.
I even cleared all computers I had authorized and started from cero, but yet I am not allowed to play my music...
any help is greatly appreciated.

I have two accounts from which I make purchases, I authorized the PC for both accounts, but yet nothing happens..

You can only sync your phone to one account, afaik. You could burn the music from account one onto cd and import into account two. You may experience some slight qulity loss, but i dunno.

Try giving Apple a call. They can usually add a button to redownload (one time only) all your purchases that are still available in the store. They may be able to merge accounts for you. Its worth a shot. Usually takes about 24 hours on their end.
