Stuck in windows partition

You've probably all seen this before but I partitioned my hard drive using boot camp and I cant get back into my mac OS from windows 7. I DID NOT install boot camp onto my windows partition, atleast I dont think I did and now I'm not sure if there is a way to get back. Please help.

restart your computer and hold the option key... read the instructions for bootcamp next time.

I love windows never had a problem with it in the past so having both is just a plus lol

After the sound plays at startup, hold down the option/alt key and select the mac osx partition

Its Windows fault that he didnt hold option during startup or install the bootcamp files?
