I have a macbook and just bought a 37" Vizio VS370 720p TV
I bought the mini DVI to VGA adapter and then a VGA cord into the TV. Picture shows up on the TV and looks fine, but everything is stretched out when the image takes up the whole screen. If I set the TV display to normal, the image is not stretched but I also have 4 in black bars on each side of the TV. Is there a way to not stretch the image on the TV screen and still have it fill the entire screen?
I have tried messing with different resolution settings, but I don't quite understand all of that stuff. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.
