Remove Calendars that were synced via USB?

I accidentally checked to sync my calendars via USB after I already had them syncing via MobileMe. Now I have duplicates of my calendars/events. Is there a way to delete just the calendars that were syncing via USB? I would really hate to have to restore the phone and start over but I can't figure out how to delete the calendars I synced via USB.
