View Full Version : Messenger will not sign in

Basically i have just installed MSN Messenger for Mac and it wont sign in.
Please do not suggest to install Adium or any another MSN programme i have tried them all before, including MSN Messenger but for some reason it isn't working.

What do I need to do to solve this!
All i can really tell you is what is in this screenshot.

It's the beta 8 program - just reinstall it - it seems to happen every few months.

Are you sure? I downloaded the 7.02 of the Microsoft website.

I would upgrade the software. It might be some troubles with MSN. Is it still not working?

i had exactly the same issue a few days ago. It was due to it installing a version but leaving some of the old version files.

I used a program called Appzapper... (google it) to remove Messnger and then re download and installed messenger 7 with no problems. ;)
