iRealQuickSMS Uninstall Problem

This is pretty odd.. I downloaded the iRealQuickSMS app and realized you had to pay for it so I deleted/uninstalled it but continues to pop up with it's box when I get a text message. I wouldn't mind it if I could actually respond to my friends but as you know they get a message saying "from iRealSMS demo on iPhone". Any ideas on how to REALLY uninstall it?

in cydia < manage < packages

Perhaps try reinstalling it and then remove it again. Try doing that through both Cydia and Icy.

Already re-installed the app and then removed it via package and modify in cydia. This does not solve the problem.

Did you restart the phone after you uninstall.
