Open NAT -- Airport Extreme -- Xbox LIVE

So, I have an Airport Extreme and a Macbook Pro, I'm trying to open my NAT for online play with Xbox LIVE. Can somebody please take the time to explain to me everything I need to do, it would really help. Cheers.

As long as you have Port Mapping Protocol enabled, you shouldn't need to do anything.

I also really want to know how to set this up. How do i find out if i have port mapping protocol enabled?

sorry found where the port mapping prtocol is and it is enabled. but the NAT is moderate. any ideas?
