my Mini is stuck on the grey apple screen

can anyone please help

i have an intel mac mini. and it froze up this morning and i had to hard reboot it. now it is stuck on the grey apple screen and will not even boot to the install cd.

i have rebooted holding down the option/alt key and i can choose the disk and or the hd but neither will boot it just sits on the grey screen.

i have pulled the memory and swapped it with no success
i have swapped the HD with no success still cant boot to HD or CD

please help.

Unplug all cables including power cord for 30 seconds and try again

have tried that already i left it off for over an hour with no sucess plus i have changed the memory and hard drive to try and trouble shoot

any other suggestions would be great im stuck and really not sure what to try next

Try resetting PRAM as pacmania1982 said. If that doesn't work, contact to Apple, I hope you still have warranty left

Call to Apple. You logic board may be defective.
