Just downloaded icook and overclocked my ibook to 700MHz from 600 it is compeatly stable :)

a few questions for anyone that would know:
1) about this mac shows my mac is still at 600MHz even when i log out and in why is this? and can i fix it (I am so vien) I know it has worked because my cpu xbenxh score canges from 40-50 between speeds
2) i dont restart often but i am lazy: is there a way to make it do the commands automatically when i reboot? can i write an apple script to do so?
3)anyone had any issues with it?
