Im running a 2 GHz core 2 duo with the GMA 950 integrated graphics and am looking at getting a screen with a max res of 1920 x 1200. I mostly run in closed clamshell mode so it would only be driving one display. Can I do this?

Yes, the computer could handle a screen resolution of that size.

Just to add on to iBookG4User, the GMA950 tops out at 2048x1536, but the single-link DVI function of the Mini-DVI port tops out at 1920x1200.

I ran the 20" Apple Cinema Display off our demo 1st gen MacBook Air and it was laggy as hell. Dragging windows around was like watching a slideshow.
