Login Window

I was wondering...
For the login window, in 10.3.4, under 10.3.4, says the name that the computer is registered to, but is there some way I can change that name. I am transferring ownership to my sister and I don't think she wants my name as the owner.
I do not want to reinstall 10.3.4

I don't know if I understand you correctly, because when I looked at my login window, I could only see "Mac OS X" and the name of my computer, not my name. But perhaps you used your name as your computer name? You can change this name in System Preferences - Sharing.
