Byline. I use it more than any other app, it is a better Google Reader experience than Google's web interface, and it has never once crashed on me.

The app I use the most: Bookworm
The app I like the most: Brain Power Ambiscence
The first stimulates my mind, the second puts me to sleep on my long commutes (I travel via train to work each day).

I'm just going to copy this into my clipboard app, and paste it from there whenever this kind of thread comes up (pretty often).
Awesome apps
Pocket Informant - The absolute best event/task manager. Great developers. Indispensable.
myVideos - Download Youtube, and locked plus hidden folders for vids from other sites.
Stanza - Best ebook reader imo.
SplashMoney - The most full featured money manager. Lacks a numeric keyboard with basic calculating functions. Also slower entry than other apps. Followed closely by TapExpense and PocketMoney.
Wisdom - English-Japanese dictionary - The best EJ dictionary. I live in Japan, indispensable.
Oxford Deluxe - The largest unabridged single volume Oxford Dictionary and single volume Oxford Thesaurus from a superb app company.
Listomni - Great list and checklist app. It back ups via email.
Instapaper - Read articles offline.
Uniwar - Awesome turn based online strategy war game.
Galcon - Fast paced online strategy game.
Tweetie - Follow app companies on Twitter.
Photogene - Crop and rotate photos easy in with this app.
Photoforge - 'Curve' tool great for pulling out detail from shadows
Real Racing - Best racer!

i tested an app named cellar. It is a wine app, where you actually can make your bottle! It is just amazing.
I think the developer should get kudos for his work! It is really cool to see how many bottles you have in your closet :D
That is one of my favorite apps so far, if you look at the genius functionality.
